After character creation spawn on the beach at level 2 with all the loot from the ship, including the flaming sword.

Title says it all. I'd like to be able to level up my trade skills (ench, smith, alch) without leveling up so fast. I'm not asking for a mod that completly remove leveling from tradeskills, but one that drastically reduce it. Could this be possible, or does something like that already exist ?
