I FINALLY GOT IT AND I'M REALLY STUPID WITH COMPUTERS!!! The error message says skyrim.esm is missing in Program Files(x86) > steam > SteamApps >downloading > 72850 > Data Well like SerfT said location of skyrim.esm and mods/dlcs is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data These are two different folders and NMM wants the esm files in the Data folder for 72850. So simply copy and paste all files from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data to Program Files(x86) > steam > SteamApps >downloading > 72850 > Data IT WILL WORK AND IT'S COMMON SENSE TOO. NMM WANTS esm files in a SPECIFIC folder so might as well copy all the esm files to the SPECIFIC folder. Hope I helped I was bogged down with problem too :)
