so a small amount of help after you open the FNIS you need to hit the big yellow button saying UPDATE FNIS BEHAVIOUR (it might ask you to enable skeleton patch just hit the little check box at the bottom with AKELETON arm fix) i found that confusing cause it tells you basically not to touch anything (you can ignore that for this part that update behaviour button is just a fancy way of saying (press this to run the extension)
