I have no access to steam right now, But sure i'll try it once i get my steam again. (ain't on home atm, dont be angry "angry admins") So are there any other mods? expect Creation Kit. Cuz I see people are using a lot of tools to make Mods.

I always wanted to make my own mods and share them with others or upload them to a website... like .. nexusmods. -- but the problem is i don't know which programs i'll have to use. I'm interested in making/editing NPC's(like followers) or .. making a house. I have nice skills in photoshop too. So if it's possible, please tell me which programs i'll have to use for modding. ________ Thanks in advance
