[Mod Loader doesn't recognize DLC files]

 

 

 

I really would like to play the DLC, and need the help, this is not a steam version.

 

There's your problem right there.

 

My friend gave me a folder with skyrim on it, didn't think it actually needed steam to run it, are you saying I have a non-legit version? Then if so, I can see why it has problems. Even though I've had it since 2011.

 

Edit: He told me he force installed from the CD without steam. By deleting the local content or whatever and logging off of steam, then continued through by denying steam a log in which installed straight from the disk. He said something about data capping.

[Mod Loader doesn't recognize DLC files]

Hello, just got back into skyrim, started to reload my mods and what not, and now I notice that I cannot load my DLC Dawnguard esm and bsa data files, they are in the data folder with all the other esm and bsa files, but the mod loader, nor the new skyrim data file selector shows my dawn guard DLC files. I've been searching all over the place for an answer why, and none of them correlate with my issue.

 

I've also tried to skyrim mod organizer, and it doesn't recognize the data files either. And there is no where to load them in, or options to.

 

Yes, i've changes the .ini to make it where I can check and uncheck boxes, it does not show up on the launcher.
