The Civil War quest line was never finished, if you look in the CK at each city it has everything set up for them to be attacked. In the end it is just another thing that was only half finished then patched up enough to work.

That is the draw distance for grass, trees etc. I use this mod http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/814/ to adjust the graphics settings in the ini file. I have the same hardware as you and I have the Tree load distance set to 60000, Draw distance at 3000 and grass draw distance at 6000. Too much farther and I have big slowdowns in heavily wooded areas.

You are missing the camera settings from the ini file. Wrye Bash has some tools that can help clean up save games.

If you are wanting to start the main quest later then use one of the Alternate Start mods. I am thinking that interrupting the Helgen Tutorial may be the problem and with one of those mods you can get around that.

This worked for me. I uninstalled the mod I had that changed the yarls clothes and it worked just fine.

Armor not appearing and body disappears is a problem with the armor mod. Reinstalling the mod should correct it.

When you are making the changes are you a vampire? If so you will need to change your race so you are no longer a vampire, make your changes and change the race back to a vampire. The vampire race is just an overlay of the base race so any changes as a vampire will not stay.

Just validate the game files through Steam and it will reinstall any out of date files.

Use Wrye Bash and it will flag which files are missing masters.

It is the videocard but it is not defective it is just that the fan is not set to run fast enough. See if your cards manufacturer has an overclocking tool and increase the fan speed. I have an OC 7850 and had the same issue and this fixed it. BTW, I will not ever use CCleaner as every time I use it I have to reinstall windows.

Do you have See you Sleep installed? I had the same problem but I don't have Frostfall installed but uninstalling See you Sleep stopped it from happening. It is not necessarily an issue with See You Sleep as it started for me recently and I have had that installed for some time.

I have used the TES Gecko that was with the old Fallout Mod Manager on everything from Oblivion to Fallout to Skyrim but I mainly just use it for Armor or Weapon mods. Also, once you merge them you may want to open it up in the Construction Kit and make sure everything came across ok.

You may want to check if you ended up with the 1.9 beta of Skyrim. Apparently it is being updated frequently and is giving the people who make SKSE a difficult time.
