  1. Hey guys!

     

    I have a little problem with loading new vegas nexus.

    It's a rather odd problem and I couldn't figure it out myself nor could I find it in the forum.

    So my problem is: when I am logged on on the site it barely loads, but when i log off it loads just fine.

    I do not have this problem with tes nexus, fallout3 nexus or dragon age nexus.

    So i request help from you guys, if you have any idea what it could be or know a fix, please tell me.

  2. hey guys i have a problem with adding some hairmodels to MWEdit, so not TES CS (couldn't find any download that works with Morrowind.)

    when i add the model it says:

     

    Invalid input was received!

    Model filename exceeds the 32 byte size limit!

     

    looks like the name is too long to me, but that is not the case because i've already tried it, maybe it is the ID.

    if anybody knows this problem and knows a solution please me, thank you.

    Do you mean rotate it 180 degrees, or to mirror it?

    You can flip objects in NifSkope and just create a new .nif.

    is there no mirror option, well that sucks...

    but then where can i find the files of the weapons and stuff?

    Nevermind, you can't mirror objects in NifSkope either. I thought there was a way but it turns out that it just makes it "inside-out".

  5. open the GECK,

     

    goto File>Data to open the Data Window,

     

    tick (cross) the Fallout3.esm and the WW2Uniforms and click Okay to load them,

     

    do not choose an Active file just load them,

     

    goto File>Save or click the Save button,

     

    name your new uniform .esp and Save it,

     

    find the npc you want to wear the uniform and alter his inventory,

     

    OK the windows closed until you are back to the basic GECK setup,

     

    Save again and close the GECK,

     

    launch FOMM and tick your new .esp, ensuring that you place it after the WW2 parent.esp,

     

    launch FO3.

    i tried it but it seems the NPC still has the same clothing although i deleted it.

    not sure what i did wrong, i did everything you said.

  6. choco, the Styer AUG, is also a Rifle in the RL with a Scope and i shoot it one shot, So it turns into a Sniper Rifle, Assault means Auto-Matic meaning, one pull means to empty the clip, but that option can be turned off and Assault Rifles in the game requires you to have the button on the mouse, held down to empty the clip..... So all you need to do is click once, BANG!! one shot, er-go Sniper Rifle..... quite simple when you think on it

    but that's actually possible with assault rifle too, just press the mouse button once and you'll get one shot, only less accurate.

  7. I'm.... pretty sure that's not how armor works in this game.

     

    You're probably just crippling their legs. Attacking crippled body parts do double damage I think. And generally the arms and legs have less "cripple resilience" then the torso.

    and what if you just first use the dart gun and than another good weapon to kill it off?

  8. SMO's are way easy......... ive had the first 4 expansions when i got the game..... So i based my combat around tuff apponents and i win out....... Most SM's you shoot there legs..... Virtually no armor there, So you knee-cap them and they go down very quick, same with the overlord and he will go down, always do and they can be beat on hard mode this way too, as can any other, each baddie has a unique weakness and with SM's its the legs/knee's

     

     

    So Have fun from now on cause i laugh my ass off the whole time, best weapon for knee-cappin, would be the sniper rifle from the pitt, last opponent you get it from and have at it

    that's not a sniper rifle, i think it's more like a assault rifle with scope

  9. first problem: every super mutant, including super mutant brute, -master and -overlord are now just named super mutant.

    didn't did anything strange with the files or anything.

    second problem: for some reason all humans in big town are gone, red is also not a target in the slavers quest.

  10. super mutant overlord are new and yes you get them from the dlc like you said if you are finding them hard, shoot the guns in there hands :) ( top tip ) ^_^

    yea it is a good tip but they most likely find an other weapon in a box or something.

    they also added a new weapon for the super mutant overlord it think, the tri-beam.

    but oh god i hate them, they have way to much health!

  11. hey i have a bit of a problem here with super mutant overlords.

    i have finished fallout 3 like 3 times and in the first 2 i never came across a super mutant overlord.

    but with the last one i first saw one in the path to vault 82 i believe it's called "the murderers path".

    and now i came across many times.

    also with a quest from big town where you got the get red and shorty out of the german police dep., shorty is taken captive by a super mutant at least in my first 2 times.

    but in the third he was taken captive by a super mutant overlord. weird...

    so was the super mutant overlord added in a DLC or something because i believe i didn't have any DLC in the first 2 times.

  12. i want to change the outfit of of an NPC but the outfit i want to give him is from a mod.

    and when i open GECK and dubbleclick fallout3.esm and WW2Unifroms.esp from http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3445.

    then i delete the guys current outfit to one of the mod and save it.

    but when i want to open the mod i just made it doesn't include the files of WW2Uniforms.esp.

    so can i somehow add a .esp to the master files, and how?
