Regular Skyrim (not Special Edition) And SKSE as in Skyrim Script Extender, I believe I'm usining the latest verion which is 1.7.3

After updating to the latest version of Vortex (version 0.17.11) I get a notification when I start Skyrim that SKSE is unable to load. I have made sure that it is enabled and I have even tried redownloading SKSE, but it and SkyUI still won't work in my game. I haven't downloaded any new mods recently, the only thing that is different is downloading the Vortex update.

a good first start would be to not hijack a thread with your issue, instead open a new thread with the issue you're having. do that and lets see how we go?
I apologize, I was just iterating that I've been having the same issue and explaining what I did because none of the responders in this thread have had any advice on how to fix this problem. Will look elsewhere for more helpful information

I've been having this problem, too. I put off downloading the update in case it messed with my game, and sure enough it messed with my game. I didn't change any of the mods or tools I had enabled, only downloaded the update, and now I'm getting that pop up saying that SKSE won't work every time I start up Skyrim. Does anyone have any solutions?

I tried what you suggested and I think it worked; I'm going to reset Vortex's path to SKSE and see if that fixes my issue.
Edit: I set a new path to SKSE, and that seemed to resolve my issue. Thank you for the help!
