I'm still having this issue... Wish somebody would come up with a solution

Can anyone help me here? I tried enabling the skeleton arm fix in the FNIS launcher thingy, but it doesn't seem to be having an effect. So when i cast spells my characters arms are just stuck downwards.

Okaaaay and i fixed it! Turns out there were two of those files on in mydocuments and the other in my skyrim folder! Game is working along with the ENB! Wonderful!

Figured it was to do with that BpointRenderTarget=1 So i when into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Skyrim And found the skyrim.prefs file and enabled it. Well i uninstalled COT and the ENB i was using. Still no sky textures, clouds etc. http://i.imgur.com/iTxzzQ2.jpg

I haven't been on skyrim in a few months, So i come back. (Never did i experience this before) But literally the sky is just blue with no details on it. http://i.imgur.com/aKLL8xX.jpg

Finally fixed it. I just changed ENBs and it's much better. The Lighting on the characters skin when in shadows or in daylight is now more realistic and not buggy looking. http://i.imgur.com/2f4L186.jpg http://i.imgur.com/fJdyLVD.jpg

Reinstalling any skin mod i have. Currently using mature skin and CBBE. Uninstalled mature skin texture using Vanilla. Still same.. Is it a mod issue? Climates of Tamriel? maybee? ELFX? Figured it could be a ENB/COT conflict maybe? This is the ENB i use with COT 5.0 http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15425/? Though i don't think it's as bad as it was originally. Though in Vanilla, it's hardly noticeable. Hiya, i've been haivng this problem where when im standing in shadows, or my companions are (Or anyone for that matter) The Skin on the characters are all glossy or bright. I don't think its an ENB issue because if press Shift and f12 to disable the ENB, the problem is still there. I tried the no more ugly bronze shine mod and it didn't fix the problem. One thing i noticed, is that if i don't install the facepack, then i get a neck seam. However i think the body and face textures are too smooth. Are there any CBBE face and body texture replacements? that support the Face pack that is optionally included in CBBE download? Racemenu lol. And when i say all my mods stopped working i literally mean all of them. Skyrim HD. Armor and weapons are invisible, hair is invisible. SkyUI stopped working. It literally defaulted back to Original Skyrim. Even though i have the mods actived and have re-downloaded and re-installed Via NMM. The thing is though, Nexus Mod Manager was being derpy prior to this happening, it kept saying it was unable to locate files and whatnot. Well, it was working fine, post update. I uninstalled 1 mod from the list. And for some reason EVERYTHING stopped working. Even SkyUI.. Everything. So if Nexus Mod Manger continues to be derpy then all the mods i have on Nexus Mod manager will be needed to be reinstalled Manually :/ That's just a lot of work. And i'd Prefer to use NMM.

All my mods are activated in Nexus Mod Manager. But in-game none of them are working or have stop working. (close to about 100 or so mods) I recently updated NMM http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8728/? This mod for example, i've reinstalled to test because Serana in my game is wearing it. So i install it via NMM, everything checks out. I go back into the game and the armor isn't there, it's just invisible as in the game hasn't detected it. So then i just manually re-installed it. And now the game is recognizing it and its working like it should have. I haven't touched Skyrim since the NMM updated. Something has gone wrong because it's not detecting in-game any of my mods in NMM. Any solution to this or am i gonna have to reinstall everything manually from now on? Because Nexus mod manager is Broken it seems. Because any mods i install via NMM, don't actually install.
