I decided to repost this topic because I feel it was not clear enough. Long story short, when i load the game or "cell" (any cell) my camera in first person is locked to horizontal movement only and blocked from moving anywhere else. When pressing F (to toggle third person) i am magically teleported wherever.. I don't know what sort of camera glitch or bug this is but all i know is that I cannot get rid of it no matter how many recent saves I use. So nobody can help me with this issue?

I really don't post often so please go easy on me if I am missing any required info or posted something wrong or whatever the case may be. Basically what the bug is doing is preventing me from moving my camera view in any direction except horizontal in first person. I have tried to go into third person mode and when that happens i am either teleported or something and a blank screen appears. However the HUD seems to still work for some reason. This is what i mean by blank screen. And the color can vary depending on my environment. Hey i have a bit of issue concerning my character in skyrim. Whenever i want to sit down in a chair or anything she just stands there and prevents me from moving when i press the interact button. I tried to uninstall all my active mods and reinstall them. Idk if this is a mod causing my character not to interact with anything in the beautiful world of skyrim. She cant even interact and actually do an action of pulling a lever. Somebody please help me because if this doesnt stop im going to get to a certain point where i have to sit down like the meeting in the mountain with the greybeards and all the reps of the main cities. And the horse carriage too. So basically i cant interact with anything in the game that does an action
