Hi, I'm looking for the mod where the person turns into a skeleton when he/she gets killed by a plasma based weapon(or something to that extent).

I was thinking that we use the VR machine from Operation Anchorage. Or the machine in Vault 112.

So i was wondering, is it possible to create a mod which enables you to travel back and forth in time to specific years or dates e.g if you travel forward in time, the world has changed and the Capital Wasteland has been rebuilt. Is anyone with me on this?
