I've been told that it's due to nexus getting heavy download traffic due to the release of Skyrim SE, basically a measure to prevent being so overloaded that the site goes down.

I look forward to seeing how this turns out, and would like to extend an offer to poke at (read: beta test) some things as they get implemented. I also have a few ideas (that with my luck either you probably already thought of, or else they aren't feasible) if you're interested in hearing them.

I love Better Cities, and only use the fully merged. I would suggest, if you intend to keep *any* modularity to it, to make it a choice as to whether a particular city is OBC or BC, letting people choose which version, but requiring one version or other of every city be used. Just my $0.02 :)
