okay, to start this off i use Mod Organizer, and if i can avoid using nexus mod manager or something like that i will certainly do so. i don't like how little control you have over things with NNM. i also use a lot of mods, about half of which is probably armor mods which i do plan on merging as soon as i understand the concept well enough to actually perform it.
