Skyrim, sorry.

Hello, I noticed an annoying effect: when you start the game, the walking speed and running speed is ok. But when you progress and level up stamina to increase carry weight and combat stamina, then you end up with increasing walking and running speed (as in Morrowind). There's any way, mod, setting, etc. to disable increase speed when leveling up stamina? Can I do this myself? How? Thanks in advance.
