If I have a proxy library in the folder for ENB (d3d9_smaa.dll, etc), Skyrim crashes and I can only play with ENB when I remove the proxy library. Is that bad?

After 4 months, I decided to reinstall Skyrim with my old mod collection, the problem is that RealVision ENB doesn't work anymore. I think I had this problem in the past but I can't solve it now I have the required mods, I have the correct SkyrimPrefs.ini and Skyrim.ini, I use SKSE (using without it crashes anyways). I can't even get to the main menu, it crashes in a small black window and if I remove d3d9_smaa.dll it crashes right when the logo appears EDIT: I don't know what I did but it crashes even without ENB after the logo appears now EDIT2: I think I found the problem, there is no Climates of Tamriel installed apparently EDIT3: Yeah, I had. I found out the issue was I didn't have CoT Dragonborn patch
