Any reason why it wouldnât work for me?

Iâve installed it through NMM and all the signs are in the menu however they are all invisible and cannot be placed. Iâve tried uninstalling and reinstalled several times but it doesnât fix it. Iâve even tried manually placing the files in the Data folder, they all display as thumbnails but are still invisible in game. Iâve also tried installing SKE and downloaded the business Settlements patch but that hasnât worked either

I installed OCDecorator, Snap N Build, Scrap Everything and Homemaker Settlements expanded a few months ago which both still work fine. I tried installing Do it yourshelf but I accidentally uninstalled it incorrectly and since then any settlement mods I've added havent worked with the exception of Sim Settlements and its expansions. I've tried installing Thematic and Practical but it doesnt appear anywhere in the build menu, the holotape can be crafted at the chem station and I've tried both the manual install and the menu fixer options but it still doesnt work, the same thing with Do It Yourshelf. I've installed Business settlements which is in the decorations tab but I can only actually build about 5 of the items, everything else is invisable and cannot be built I've ran a menu fixer mod and all of the menu fixers that the mods offer through their holotapes. I've just installed Settlement Keywords Expanded which has appeared at the end of the menu, OCDecorator has intigrated into that properly and I installed the Business Settlements patch but everything is still invisable. Any other mod I've installed that doesn't relate to settlement building has worked fine but I cant get anything else to appear in the menu. Any ideas?

The menus are fine but I still can't get the three mods I mentioned to work.

Right I've fixed the menu and all the vanilla stuff is back and working. I've done away with Thematic and Practical and Do It Yourshelf for now, with all the other mods I have they are somewhat redundant at the moment. I'd like to get Business Settlements working though, I re-downloaded and re-installed, the vanilla signs are still all there but I still can't build the Business Settlement signs. Only about 5 of them can be built the rest are invisible.

Ok thanks Iâll try some of those. I wouldnât need to do anything drastic like do a complete re-install of the game then?

I'm using all of the following mods and dlc (in no particular order): Season Pass with all DLC installed High res textures DLC Homemaker: Settlements expanded Snap n build OCDecorator Sim settlements with industrial revolution and rise of the Commonwealth Scrap everything Settlements expanded Thematic and practical Business Settlement Do it yourshelf Nuka World - Skip raiding your own settlements We are the Minutemen Most of them work fine however after installing Thematic and Practical, Do it yourshelf and business settlements I've ran into some issues. Thematic and Practical doesn't appear anywhere in the menu, there is a craftable holotape which works and I've tried installing through that but still nothing, the same issue with Do it yourshelf. Business Settlements has added some signs but most are invisable and can't be built. Apparently I may have the wrong load order and/or uninstalled a previous mod incorrectly. Is there anything I can do to fix this, get the mods working and not screw up my save? I'm using the nexus mod manager if that helps
