This is the first time i installed a major mod ,but when I fully installed the mod, there seems to be no difference between vanila oblivion. I installed all the requirements but none of the optional add-ons. Did I do something wrong?

My problem says this ,"The ordinal 5360 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll" does any1 know what it means and if so, can you help me?
