Oh yeah I remember blender... I DID download that once. But it wouldn't load up any preexisting models that I got.... and without much skill in the area XD I couldn't figure out how to make my own. Since I was still new at it I just wanted to start off tweaking some models I downloaded from here (wasn't going to repost or claim any credit for them mind you) but just wanted to have a try at it.... and they wouldn't load up.

Hi all, I lam a big fan of 3d modeling but have never been able to get into it until now. I've used some of the mods I found here on the site and am very impressed and would like to start making my own. I simply don't know a good place to begin. I have nifscope but that won't let me make any changes to the models other than deleting layers. What is the program most of you use here to create / modify models (specifically for Fallout 3, but also Oblivion)?
