I find notes very important on efficiency. Sorry for a wall of text, and hope any of those might help you guys somehow =)

I appreciate the advice, hon, no need to apologize! A whiteboard or something similar would be helpful, but my computer isn't situated near a wall within my field of view. My back's to a wall, and notes written on or attached to that wouldn't work since I'd have to turn 180° to see them. Post-its must be attached to my monitor (and there isn't a lot of space around the edges), or I should keep using the Sticky Notes program. I'll take a look at Evernote.com -...
