+1 Astarion and Shadowheart please! or all of them!

Hi, I am looking for a mod that adjusts the skyrim weather system. I am using Pure Weather but I want the rain and snow to occur more often. Is there a mod that does this?

I uninstalled 1 mod ACE - Combat and everything went haywire. I reinstalled ACE - Combat and uninstalled Ordinator and yet it was still haywire. Uninstalled both and the result is the same. It's still bad. ' Reinstalled both and it's still broken. After that point my SKSE has become corrupted which I reinstalled soon after and now majority of the mods aren't working. I would like to know what's the cause of it and what mods were affected. I mainly used manual installation and and occasionally use NMM. Everything I have is up-to-date. Current Load Order (From Wyre Bash)

I followed the instructions and tried to change the item slot for a head gear, from circlet to item slot 45. However, when ever I tried to do that, it simply just fails and still becomes invisible. I changed the Biped Slots from both, Armor/ArmorAddon/BDIDisembeerinstance(whatever it is) all to 45. So uhh, can someone tell me what I did wrong?

Look at the arms and legs and body. It has some psychedelic thing on it. Anyone might know what caused it?

I just have a problem with the item forge. I dont know which mod conflicts with what but when I try to forge an item, the "Do you want to craft this item? yes/no" appears to be unclickable and I cant seem to exit the forge menu as well. Is there a way to fix or must I randomly delete several random mods? Edit: This "Unclickable" issue only appears with a certain dialogue box e.g. enchanting, tutorial note, the "yes/no" or "Free Prisoner or Not" Edit 2: Nevermind, I found out what's conflicting those dialogue boxes.
