there is allready a mod a bit like that, called Reactive people i found it just after i posted this, but i still wannah be able to give the effects to weapons :laugh:

buuuut how would i add that into a script for a weapon..? :confused: i havent actually created a tiny script before....... :down: also this shouldnt really be here, but i have no idear how to create a new script, just how to edit existing ones :verymad:

ok so recently i have been toying around with the NV geck i have never created a script before, although i have screwed around with some existing ones (only the values though) (yeah, i know that isnt really screwing around with them -.- ) and at the moment i am looking to create two different effects i can attatch to a some weapons 1. to cause an npc to flee on hit, i assume the confidence... thingie, would need to be screwed around with for that. and only for a limited time, say, 10 seconds ish. 2. another script to place an npc in that hostage position thingie.... (you know kneeling, hands behind back) when hit, and to remove aggresion, and stop them changing the animation (so they cant get up and bugger off) thanks :thumbsup:

oh, another idear, a mod that changed npc's fleeing to npc's surrendering... not sure how that would be implemented, maybe thay offer you items in there inventory to spare them or something. and another idear, banks in towns that could be "robbed" for caps, basically big storage places containing caps and faction currencys.... and stuff.

okaaay. im looking for a few mods. first. as far as im aware, there is no slavery in the game, you know, mesmatron, collars, etc. so maybe a port of the fallout 3 slavery overhaul - http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9497 or a completely new mod. secondly, a skin for the anti-material rifle of the Hellsing ARMS Anti-Midian Cannon 'Harkonnen" also know as "that gun seras victoria from hellsing uses" and a delpeted uranium ammo type (: thirdly, a skin of the jackal and .... that other gun... alucard uses (hellsing again) fourth, a nice, big stealth overhaul, perhaps a port, im not sure what would be included in said overhaul, but its needed -.- fifth, more throwing weapons, needles, knives, perhaps a few variations of each. 6th, some changes to the poisoning system, i.e more poisons, different effects, and poisons lasting for more than one hit, maybe with decreased effects, or poisons lasting for more than one aplication, since when did you apply an entire bottle of poison to a tiny knife? 7th. bows/crossbows. enough said. 8th. a blackjack or allways knockout on a sneak crit with a fatigue damage weapon. 9th. moar assassination related missions! 10th. faction reputation overhaul. i know there are a few allready, but a good one (not implying the others are bad) i.e witnesses and stuff. if you just murdered an entire town, no one saw you, and you left no one alive, how the hell does the entire faction know?! 11th. some ai overhauling. if i just saw my buddy just go down in a spray of blood, and i had no idear where the shot came from, i wouldnt stick around like nothing happend. 12th. bug fixes bug fixes and more bug fixes. 13th. hostage taking! for example, knock em out, tie em up, and use em as a meatshield! obviously that wouldnt work with.... well a lot of the factions. caesars legion wouldnt thing twice about killing basically anyone execpt a high ranking officer. but it would be awesome. 14th. keep those legion slaves you can free! you know the ones in the town you go to to get the boat to the legion fort? i payed for those bastards! i get to decide what to do with them not instantly running off. -.- 15th. animal friend followers! i found it irritateing that the second rank of animal friend was pretty pointess if there werent any animals around, so maybe a short distance follow. 16th. more stealth oriented things in general, you know, weapons, tools, quests, quest options, etc. 17th, anything else added by other people :laugh:

That, my epic bookreading friend is up to whoever starts the mod (: maby a total conversion? kakari's? curoch? retribution?

ok, im pretty sure a while back i found a body mod with ingame, on the fly nude toggle, which i unfortunately cannont find -.- i am also looking for / requesting a mod based around seduction/courtsean-ish things I.E seduce a guard to get off a fine, or to render an assassination target helpless e.t.c kinda like stealth, use it to avoid combat / gain an advantage but based around personality e.t.c happily awaiting responce :woot:

ok so im currently using the curse of hiricene lycantrhope mod and the xenomorph race mod. (i hope you can tell where im going with this) and i was thinking that it would be amazing if someone were to merge the need to eat someone as a werewolf in with the xenomorph race, so you need to.... erm.... headbite (or something) someone once every 3 days or something maby mixed with a headbite animation feeding would give you bonuses, and maby a lair could be constructed containing a queen xeno, where you could pick up eggs and drop them when someone walks near a facehugger pops out and sticks a chestburster in them and maby a beggining where you start out as a facehugger (this is going furthur than i thoguht it was only supposed to be a few sentences) well pretty much a conversion now possibly the ability to walk on walls, life detect toggle, maby some killmoves... okay so im trying to created a char. and i realise that if i choose the combat set, im only using one skill from it on the other hand if i choose stealth im only doing it for acrobatics and light armour so my request is that you can choose your major skills rather than choosing from 3 sets. i have looked for a mod like this, i am unable to find it so ima request it if it does exist which i doubt like meh to it plz :thumbsup:

okay so i recently finished reading the night angel trilogy books and i know this has probly been suggested before but a mod of the books would be nice :thumbsup: i heard somewhere one exists but i have searched and i cant find it so i assume it either doesent exist or it has been taken down. if you havent read the books id reccomend them. without giving it away i almost cried at the end :sad:

ok so im using BSC and was wondering if anyone can send me the vanilla files. yes i know i shouldnt have dowloaded it if i didnt want explicit sex scenes in dragon age etc but it gets annoying :whistling:

ok so i recently became obsessed with xenomorphs (sue me) and was wondering if anyone would be able to create a deadly reflex style mod for the_philanthropy's alien mod extra points if you can mod in the tiny mouth kill ^.^ also i am looking for something like DR but with hand to hand kills oh and if you have the modding skeelz for that then see if you can do anythinhg with the predator race mod ^.^

no theyre spawning without weapons completely.... not even in there inv and its noe even in a mod its the vanilla npcs that are affected

update:it appears that all things in the wasteland are spawning without guns

for some reson enclave are spawning without weapons. just completely unarmed. right now i am trying to figure out what mod caused this... (i presume its one of my mods and i have a lot of them) so has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix you know of/what mod is causing it.

If you yet to have installed Fallout Mod Manager, download it. Then install it. Install it to your Fallout 3 install directory, example E:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3. Link to FOMM: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=640 For the male one, download bzFO3MalesV1dot6d (the FOMM version), the downloaded file consist of bzFO3MalesV1dot6d.fomod. Place the file here. Example E:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\fomm\mods. Start up FOMM, click on package manager on the right side of the menu, check the file name bzFO3MalesV1dot6d then click on the activate button. Install the body that you want. For female one, do exactly as above. To install the undies version (Exnem Female Body Replacer UNDIES version), extract the files to example E:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data. If you do not contain the needed folders just make them yourself. For retextured undies (Exnem Undies Retextured), you need to install Exnem Female Body Replacer UNDIES version first, then extract the downloaded file to example E:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data. Please be aware that the retextured version is optional. Remember to toggle archive invalidation after installing all the body mods. wow thanks for the in depgth tutorial of using fomm for installs i did it correctly once... but its just a lil bit harder than extract to the data folder

erm im not too sure how to install it with shorts? is it a particular file or do i need to go into the textures etc... i mean i read the readme

ok so i have looked and i dont seem able to find one sooo... im looking for a non nude body mod/mods for both male and female....

ok i have looked... i cant find an existing mod so here i am to request it... ok just 5 mins ago i was playing oblivion and doing a shivering isles quest (you know the one where you kill some woman for 2 kahjiits) and after i killed her i relised that.... she still owned her bed...? so i am requesting a mod that allows you to own everything the owner owned if you kill the owner of the currently owned items.... (^confusing?^) if such a mod does exist and i have somehow overlooked it please point me in the right direction..

p.s thanks! now i just need an evil home mod (: oh had another idear darts that do no dmg you can trhwo (no reskinned bows involved please! :P) but can convey poisons
