omfg before i here this again let me clear the air FALLOUT 4 and FALLOUT: New Vagas have NOTHING IN COMMON except for the fact of the nuclear stuff THEY ARE NOT THE SAME GAME basically long long long story very short new vagas is basically going to build up suspense and satisfy people who are wetting them selfs thinkin they are gona have to wait years and years again for a new fallout its kinda like Call Of Duty every year two companys switch so one gets more time to make a game and not have people waiting for a new one every two years instead they make it yearly and the only problem is that the old ones lose players FAST so like i was saying THEY ARE NOT THE SAME
EDIT: one more thing about the new vagas having casinos and a couple posts up someone said that the war started in 2077 so they would have casinos or w/e WRONG the war did not start in 2077 the storyline has it set that the bombs dropped 2077 and that before that there was the 1950's basically frozen in time i could drone for hours about a fallout history lesson but im not making my own thread but i will say that the way its set up is that basically the only thing that advanced after mid 1950's is military

happens alot it can be on any system but a script error with its attack and a static object colliding and causing it to shoot up and it doesnt completly remove it because it does come down granted if its pushed out somehow it can die from the fall but it normally loops and tries to hit you but the thing is is that before it hits the ground it will stop at the stop it jumped originally starting the glitch so it cant touch you

i think i get it now thanks for the help and i think i copied the whole folder but now the only problem is the version and since my add on pack with 1.4 update wont work im gona get 1.7 update and i should be good i guess :thanks:

ok i see a gem among mods RTS reall time settler that allows you to build your own city but it needs fose see i dont mess with FOSE FOMM or anything like that so im unsure what to do with FOSE i got to the part where it says must run from fallout3.exe in fallout3 folder i found the file but cant add fuse to it and when i just put it in the folder i get the same error

okay, someone might have said this but to be honest this topic isnt worth reading. Did you stop and think maybe they werent stashed before the war but after???? duh, of course thats it why would you think they were stashed before. in the game your in it 200 years past the war there are no signs that you could possibly know that they were there before the war. Even if they were then it would most likly be a result of Nuka-Cola being the most popular soft drink (obviously a refrence to Coke) so alot of people had the caps maybe someone with half a brain said hey we should use these to trade after the war considering most knew the nuclear bomb was to be droped destroying most pre-war money and caps being metal would last better....i mean indians used freakin corn they most likley did the same thing as the game
only question of the matter should be how the heck you can have 5000 bottle caps on you alpng with other items :blink:

like i said nothing big just want to know if there are any other mods besides breezes for nude males
thing is i dont/will not/never can or will use FOMM just aint gona happen and im sure how to install breezes mod without it so either answer first or second
(im a guy dont really care if the penis is bad graphics wise but using the AP mod it looks really odd unless the male is nude too)
P.S. : when i use breezes mod and equip the nude body w/e i turn invisable :thanks:
