  1. Yes, could you please clarify a bit? I'm trying to solve this problem myself, and it seems like everyone else on the Internet who has had this problem just gave up or never confirmed how they fixed it, which is really annoying. Has anyone fixed this issue or anything?
  2. So whenever a menu pops up to have my confirmation of something (for instance, "Do you want to fast travel here?", "Do you want to craft this item?", etc.) the sounds still work fine, I can move the mouse around, and I can Alt+Tab myself out of the game fine, but I can never select on of the options. I've tried pressing enter and clicking, but neither works. This happens when I'm running the game in the SKSE launcher; I don't know if it does this if I launch it regularly out of Steam. I've got quite a few mods enabled and this seems to be the only major bug that I've found. Thanks in advance!
  3. I just got Skyrim on my PC after having played it on the PS3 and it is way different. I'm almost regretting it... I am having a ton of s#*! with the mods and NMM is not intuitive or easy to use at all. I click on "download" and I get the little circular loading thing for about a second, and it just does nothing. I'm on Windows 8 in Opera.
  4. Ah, that makes sense, thank you! I tried that and got it to work and am now running the game. Now this brings me to the question of how to know if mods downloaded from Nexus are enabled...
  5. So I've been playing Skyrim on PS3 for a while, but today, I decided to get it for PC specifically so I could play with mods. I know how to get mods from the Steam Workshop and all, but it seems like mods from Nexus are really high-end and made by people who know what they're doing, so that's why I want to get all my mods from Nexus. I think I should also note that I am a Mac person. I just got my first PC in early May, and I still have no idea how to run any of this. That being said, please be as specific as possible, because I literally have no idea what I'm doing I downloaded the Nexus Mod Manager earlier and, when I try to download Skyrim HD - 2k Textures it keeps giving me this error message, something about how Nexus Mod Manager can't be in the Program Files. Fine, so I moved it into the regular C drive, where the Program Files, Users, and Windows Files are. I tried downloading the mod again, and I got the same message, so I just decided to download it by "running as administrator," whatever that means. Now, I have no idea if I have to enable it or not, much less where I would do that, so I just went to the launcher and clicked "Play." Well... Now I have another error. Here is exactly what it says when I try to launch the game: Failed to initialize renderer. Your display doesn't support the selected resolution. Please set a different resolution in Skyrim's Launcher under 'Display Settings'. Well it set my resolution automatically to "Medium," so I don't know what the heck it's talking about. How do I change the resolution?!
