So I've been playing Skyrim on PS3 for a while, but today, I decided to get it for PC specifically so I could play with mods. I know how to get mods from the Steam Workshop and all, but it seems like mods from Nexus are really high-end and made by people who know what they're doing, so that's why I want to get all my mods from Nexus. I think I should also note that I am a Mac person. I just got my first PC in early May, and I still have no idea how to run any of this. That being said, please be as specific as possible, because I literally have no idea what I'm doing I downloaded the Nexus Mod Manager earlier and, when I try to download Skyrim HD - 2k Textures it keeps giving me this error message, something about how Nexus Mod Manager can't be in the Program Files. Fine, so I moved it into the regular C drive, where the Program Files, Users, and Windows Files are. I tried downloading the mod again, and I got the same message, so I just decided to download it by "running as administrator," whatever that means. Now, I have no idea if I have to enable it or not, much less where I would do that, so I just went to the launcher and clicked "Play." Well... Now I have another error. Here is exactly what it says when I try to launch the game: Failed to initialize renderer. Your display doesn't support the selected resolution. Please set a different resolution in Skyrim's Launcher under 'Display Settings'. Well it set my resolution automatically to "Medium," so I don't know what the heck it's talking about. How do I change the resolution?!
