Having these sounds forced into my ears constantly, It makes me want to jump in front of a train. Please somebody create a mod that removes these ridiculous sounds.

How can I use my current player home in my next play-through? I spent countless hours organizing, adding, deleting and repositioning things in Lakeview Manor, and it would be awesome if I could use this home again if I start a new game.
