recently bought the fallout 3 goty edition and after the opening cinematic i noticed it when to a white screen for a good minute then the game ran at 1 frame every 2-3 minute. i know its an old game but i didn't expect to get such bad performance the game is unplayable, the same goes for new vegas, the loading screen freezes then the game runs 1-2 frames a minute. I don't know what to do to fix this i have a laptop w a 1070 and 17-7700hq.
