Hi, I don't know if your problem is already solved, in any case I post it for those who could have ctd on save in the future. I've experienced this annoying bug a few hours ago. After different tries, I've noticed that my game crashes systematically when I save manually (or not) beyond the 170th slot. So, I have deleted all the manual saves (except the first one), loaded the latest autosave and save manually. Since then, no more ctd ! Hope it could work for you too.
