  1. Or we can wait until Bethesda implements the whole "you need a steam account and a legit copy of Fallout 4" instead of resorting to the most garbage system of copy-protection the game industry has ever come up with.
  2. I checked his profile and this isn't the first time, all his other pirated attempts were taken down but nope, still there. What the actual hell
  3. I don't care for the texture work. The white is too bright and the fact it can't have the same color scheme as the east coast BoS kinda annoys me.
  4. where does it say the ncr won? Western BoS survived the Mojave war and managed to get into a position to break radio silence. So either the western BoS left New California to the point the NCR is no longer a threat or the peace treaty between the Mojave-NCR forces ended up being the end of the NCR-BoS war. The only two endings we can theorize as being canon is Independent or NCR since those are the only two where the Mojave BoS aren't exterminated. Independent could mean the entirety of the BoS moved to the Mojave though I doubt that's likely or NCR control the Mojave with a treaty between the BoS. Are you sure it isn't Lost Hills they gained contact with? Lost Hills is literally in the middle of NCR-controlled New California. The NCR is the kind of country that has a system to detect radio transmissions. The "Sarah's death was planned!" garbage theory is something the fan community came up with because a lot of people didn't like Maxson nor the fact Maxson does a better job then Lyons. It's a bunch of tinfoil-hat conspiracy for the sake of conspiracy, it's Fallout's Denver Airport. The BoS isn't plagued with in-fighting, the outcast schism was the only one and even then the BoS and outcasts didn't really fight each other and that was because Lyons stopped looking for tech, not because he wanted to help people and recruit people but because he stopped looking for tech. It's also a thing of the past because Maxson fixed the schism and the outcasts rejoined his chapter. "Maxson submitting to west coast rule" isn't shown true but Maxson literally has no choice but to follow the West's orders because that's how the Brotherhood works, you listen to your superiors unless the request goes against the codex, then the leader must step down. We've seen this happen with the Mojave chapter, Maxson doesn't have 100% control over his own BoS chapter and he still respects the codex. The Enclave is dead and lost to the BoS twice. Both at Navarro and in the capital wasteland where the remainder of their forces were destroyed, the Enclave is dead and buried, it has cease to be. Like do you even pay attention to the series' lore? Ok, I will engage. My speculation about Maxson's behavior is based on his description in the Fallout Wiki. In that document, Two of Maxson's characteristics are "Diplomatic" and "Cowardly". It is not difficult to imagine that a cowardly diplomat could maneuver others into doing his dirty work and manipulate events behind the scenes to undermine and marginalize his perceived competition. Furthermore, that same document implies that Sarah's death may not be as presented by placing their description of her death in quotes: "killed in combat". The schism that caused the BoS in the East to split was indeed because Lyons stopped collecting and preserving technology. But what did he do instead? He started helping the people of the DC area. First James and his team and later his son The Lone Wanderer. You say potato, I say tomato. The end result was the same. And according to that same Wiki, Maxson did not immediately bring the Outcasts back into the fold but brokered a peace which allowed the Outcasts to return. The implication here is that Maxson did not want the Brotherhood Outcasts back and/or the Outcasts were not immediately enamored with Maxson and did not want to return. Whatever is the case, concessions had to be made by one of both sides before the Outcasts returned to the arms of the Brotherhood. That same Wiki states that some of the Western BoS hold Maxson in an almost godlike status, simply because of his ancestry. Such flattery would appeal to a coward. Particularly one who perceives himself to be "the Savior of the Commonwealth". It is not difficult to imagine Maxson placing himself above the dictates of a group on the other side of the continent. And I will repeat. The Enclave went from Navarro to the Capital Wasteland. I do not know what they did in between. Did they establish new areas of strength out of sight of the BoS? Did they discover some new and esoteric piece of technology which rivals Liberty Prime? Did they establish a center of power and recruit more people to their cause? Are they holed up in Iron Mountain? Neither you nor I know. I just give the Enclave enough sense to diversify their power and not put all their eggs in a single basket. Such speculation are fun (or at least they are supposed to be). Imagination is allowed to ask "What if...?" and draw scenarios based on those imaginings. You do not have to agree. That is your privilege. You are allowed imaginings of our own. But what you are not allowed to is belittle, insult or criticize. Such behavior is beneath us all. Oh, are we cherry picking now without paying attention to context? The cowardly part was when he was a kid, not when he is an adult. He did this thing called growing up. He doesn't show any "cowardly" traits when he is an adult, hell he joins in on the assault of the Institute, that's not something a coward would do. Now you're just making up crap that isn't there. Maxson bringing peace doesn't mean "he didn't want to" he did it to strengthen the BoS and bring the schism to an end. Maxson's chapter still helps people, they just have an equal focus on gathering tech. BoS vertibirds patrol the trade route, BoS soldiers go into dangerous areas with no tech value just to wipe out ferals, super mutants and raiders and the BoS openly trades with residents of the commonwealth, hell you can get quests which is literally "go to this location that has no tech value and clear it of hostiles". Just because they still have a focus on tech doesn't mean they gave up on helping people. The Enclave are dead and the BoS have always had a hand in it. The only Enclave area we know of is an outpost near Chicago, outpost, not super mega awesome deluxe fortress of GLORIOUS AMERICA but an outpost that is now isolated because the Enclave was absolutely destroyed in the west and the east. The Enclave only had 1000 people on the Oil rig, most died when the Chosen One destroyed it and any survivors left for Navarro which also lost most of it's staff when the Enclave migrated east and then were completely annihilated by, yup that's right, the Brotherhood of Steel. They lost Raven Rock which was their main base, they lost Navarro, they lost the mobile platform where their remnants escaped to. The most the Chicago outpost is is nothing but a small manned outpost designed to be a rely between Navarro and the D.C. Enclave, both of which are destroyed. I'm not pushing speculation, that's all you, buddy.
  5. New vegas wasn't more rebuilt, it was like four buildings that were in better shape but still rotting down. Hell, the Ultra Luxe is missing a huge chuck of it. Plus they only can get to that level because of trade and money they got from tourists and traders in the NCR, without the NCR the strip would've been a rusted and broken down area.
  6. I'd rather they all fall after the second great war, preferably with the stormcloaks long dead. After they fall the entire political landmass changes. Morrowind now powerful invades a weakened skyrim due to mistreatment of Dunmer, Lhotunics taking over northern Hammerfell with forebears turning into republics and city-states, Cyrodiil turns into a collection of guild-held lands and minor duchies, Direnni take back western High Rock with a Reachmen-Orsimer alliance taking over eastern High Rock and western skyrim, the Altmer are plunged into a new dark age with southern Altmeri controlled areas falling to the Maormer
  7. Brotherhood is iconic and we most likely won't see them ever going out. They're strong in the east coast with turning D.C. into a possible Ordenstaat, the Mid-western are supposedly still around because Caesar talks about capturing BoS members, they may be hiding out in Baja because the Veteran Rangers were there "looking for ghosts" as an NPC stated in New Vegas, Montana has a chapter and the BoS-NCR war may be over because the BoS broke radio silence when they contacted Maxson. Who knows how many other chapters fled New California and settled in other regions outside of the NCR's control. They're the most wide-spread faction with the training and equipment to make more then a dent in anyone but the NCR due to the NCR having like, 700,000 people.
  8. It does through modkit but it's not to the full scale of Redkit or even that of Bethesda's construction kits. http://www.pcgamer.com/modkit-is-the-only-planned-mod-support-for-the-witcher-3/

  10. I'm 100% expecting Andromeda being the same rubbish that Bioware has been pushing out. Some big galactic or planetary threat threatens all life, it's up to hero mcbadass and their large team of Bioware-recycled-template companions that bloat up the game to try and hide the god awful writing. Watch_Dogs 2 looks hilariously bad and I'm hoping it's the most self-aware stupid game.
  11. It's probably a bug or something. Pay close attention to the happiness meter for awhile because I've noticed that the pip-boy workshop tab and the map tend to not be 100% accurate.
  12. Well the most likely thing is "Aftermath of Hoover Dam" would take place waaaaaay later in the series as even by Fallout 4 the war is almost ten years old. So the next game it'll be a thing of the past.
  13. Tamriel's society is more economically developed then Post-apoc America's so it's most likely that you'll buy the supplies directly.
  14. Bethesda is already implementing that you need to own a legal copy of Fallout 4 and linking your Bethesda.net account with your steam account to upload a mod. Soooo all of that is unneeded.
  15. Yes because someone admitting to trolling just to freak out console users is totally something that shouldn't be shared.
  16. Apparently this whole thing is faked. https://www.reddit.com/r/FalloutMods/comments/4oicyu/fo4_be_on_on_alert_possible_console_mods_can/d4cw5l7
  17. You can beat all of FO3's DLCs in like three hours save Point Lookout which is a tiny bit longer. That's honestly really sad.
  18. Maybe they'll implement mod re-organizing? Idk that is a major problem they need to solve.
  19. In case you didn't notice Skyrim still has a very active modding community. I think you're just making up some kind of theory that's not there, really.
  20. Screw DULLout this is the forum specifically about TES so go talk about crappy BOREout franchise elsewhere. Speaking of side characters, Alduin was supposed to be some main scary big bad villain who is everywhere, yet he barely shows up during main questline or Skyrim in general. He shows up 2 times - once at Kynesgrove, second time at the Throat of the World & afterwards in Sovngarde & if u're lucky maybe u'll see him raising dead dragons from burial grounds as random encounter (Helgen doesn't count because that's just prologue). Alduin is nothing more but sort of cameo apperance & instead of playing a bigger role as he was supposed to, BUGthesda shoved him aside. And Thalmor are not ur ''typical side characters'' have u even played the game they are as that *censored* Delphine said: ''The worst threat to all of Tamriel''. Thalmor = Nazzis And how dare u to say that the Thieves Guild is not worth mentioning?!?! I see...u're just a deluded BUGthesda fanboy who is probably already hurrying up to buy ''Definitive Edition'' of Skyrim. It's anything but definitive just so u know. Skyrim needed a proper ending & that's a fact, whether u like it or not. And Dagoth Ur only appears once in person and Mehrunes Dagon only appears once in Oblivion. What's your point? No, the "main LDB" is not a nord warrior, there is no main LDB just like there is no main Eternal Champion, no main Agent, no main Nerevarine and no main Champion of Cyrodiil. There is not a single TES hero that has a canon race, gender or profession and that's what is good about the TES series. The heroes are always ambiguous and then they fades away into history. That's their entire point. Not agreeing with your opinion or bad idea of some new ending that has nothing to do with the game =/= me being a fanboy so you can go away with that awful logic.
  21. I'm actually 100% cool we didn't get any of those, especially the moon, underwater or anything to do with the god damn enclave

  23. The way I see it both games do that. I mean in Skyrim it's kind of worse because dragons are flying everywhere and killing everything. For Fallout 4 it's just go at your own pace, you can play your character as if you're not looking for Shaun. That's what I did, my character avoided the subject because there was always a sense of doubt Shaun was even still alive.
  24. and it was completely useless and would break the game if you wore it and got faction reputation for doing a quest. It was a good system in concept but it was just garbage in execution. Also it really wouldn't work that well. Synths would have facial recognition or require a certain code so dressing up as a courser or scientist wouldn't work, railroad really doesn't have anything going on outside of their safehouses and HQ until the story progresses, Minutemen are generally non-hostile, raider gangs are tight knit, gunners have a tattoo to tell each other apart. The only one where it would work would probably be the BoS so the entire system just wouldn't be worth it in the end.
  25. Fallout 4 has like the best atmospheric soundtrack. Everything fits a certain mood. Like the musical difference between being in the forest and being along the coast is perfect. Even the faction BGM are great imo especially Institute's.
