Well I've been looking over the posts so far and I've had an idea, with these 'factions' within the alien race, there could be one that views that they don't have a right to abduct and experiment on the other sentient beings of the galaxy (Humans). The surviving Alien of the crash is one of this faction and after the crash hetries to stop the abominations killing the local humans. This also explains why he'd be willing to help the player. Also to explain the lag between the destruction of the other alien ship by Mothership Zeta and the Nazi's finding it, long Cryo extraction processes could be the reason, as in Mothership Zeta, People brought out of Cryo too quickly either loose their sanity or slowly lose health until they die. So, when the nazi's went into Statis, they left a computer to monitor orbital re-entries and wake them following the eventuality of an Alien incursion. When Zeta destroyed the other ship, the debris alerted the Nazi's, who beagn to be awoken... Also, somewhere in this thread, someone mentioned the possibility of Paulson and Soma still being on Zeta, however they both leave the ship after the DLC, Soma for the Capital wasteland and Paulson for God-knows-where. New Vegas Perhaps? He could join the courier at Area 51 to help-but it would take some explaining why he wouldn't attack your alien companion. Keep up the good work, and I'm willing to help in any way I can, although I will be away from a computer for the next 5 days...

I've downloaded the geck, but it isn't working, Is it meant to have an install file, or do you just drag it into the NV folder. Any help would be appreciated. yay for my spelling!

Another idea I came up with is that you can choose the colour and emblem on your guard's armour and the city banners from 5 or 6 different options. However I can't retexture so I'll need to post a request.

I've actually aready started a bit of modding dor this, basing it on a separate island. However assuming that this land will change over time is incorrect, as I am basing it around a questline similar to the fighter guild: e.g. quest one build a chapel or recruit a proper town guard. These quests will occur due to requirements such as having no guards, being hated by the people or having excessive taxes. If I finish this mod and upload I will definitely credit you with the idea.

This sounds like a good Idea. Just a thought: the player's fame and infamy could be used to control the population, famous people would be adoredand thus obeyed where imfamous people would be feared, (just like stronghold!!!!!) resulting in less crime. This sounds like it could be a big mod, so initially try to add the city and the surrounding realm, other neighbouring kingdoms could be added in later add-ons. You say you can't mod,but ideas are at least 50% of modding, so develop the idea more, like where will it be? On a island, or another continent, etc... I would definitely be interested in helping.

I would be interested in helping I can use the CS, but am still learning to script, I could flesh out basic quests Also is any real template you are thinking of using for the islands size? Will it be bigger or smaller than the shivering isles?

really nice to see this ressurrected, getting on to specifics, are you planning to add the part of Morrowind which is attached to the mainland of Tamriel? could we recap the idea behind the main quest too, as if we can't work at the moment at least we can flesh out the main quest.

I also think Slawter should take over, but what does everyone think about the main quest idea? I think we should at least give the player the choice to either oppose or join Molag Bal's followers.
