both the door and the quest are gone start deactivating your mods until SI comes back If it remains lost with all mods off, re-install. should i wait 24 hours again?

So here's the problem; I've been playing for quite a time and i had already the quest report from A Strange Door in Niben Bay but now i've installed some new mods and now the quest is gone from my list. Does anyone know how i can fix this? Or mayb it interferes with some mods?
