    Nexus Download Diagnoser Speed Test Reports

    My downloads were hitting 1 mbps consistantly when I downloaded mods before. Then for some odd reason, it dipped down to hitting 250 - 300 kbps consistantly. This is either an issue, or me having to go grab premium. Anyway, here's a log.

    Game Crashing Without NVAC, and low performance in TTW-FO3 locations

    So for some reason when I remove NVAC,the game crashes on startup, it acts like it's gonna get past the intro,then the game says: "NOT SO FAST! HAHA! "then crashes. And then when I DO use the NVAC,the game performs poorly in FO3 locations.Nothing improves performance . I'm using NMC's texture pack (performance and small,combo'd for ttw).     ENB Issues

    So I kinda don't like how this game looks. I tried installing the super fly performance enb. The entire world was transparent.

     

    Then I tried installing the midhrastic enb. Injector didn't work. Game crashed with the wrapper version. Can anyone help?

    I need help

     

    So as the title I hope points it out, I'm having an issue in fallout 3 with the ENB where the world is semi transparent.

    Anyways I have been searching around the internet for solutions but I can't quite seem to fix mine, I have AA, AF, and water displacement turned off in the options (http://4stor.com/oXdal) and I have even taken it a step further and disabled them in the nvidia control panel (http://4stor.com/YWT5a). I don't want to give up on ENB but I need some help

     

    some of my system specs are -

    -galaxy geforce gtx 770

    -intel I7 4th gen @ 3.4ghz

    -8gb of patriot RAM

     

    the mods I currently have installed are

    -FOSE

    -unofficial fallout 3 patch (1. :cool:

    -UHQ Terrain Overhaul (2.0)

    The ENB I'm trying to install is v0.263

    Weapon File Problem Or...?

    So I'm using the geck about to make a mod called "Alien Encampments" which adds alien camps across the weapons and most camps have a unique weapon award. When I was creating the weapons,I noticed that I couldn't find the alien captain weapon model and the alien blaster's icons. So this doesn't confuse you,I cloned the alien blaster and created a new form and I tried to assign the captain's sidearm model to the new weapon but I couldn't find it. I looked in the location and all there was an alien atomizer and that's it. The same goes for the hud. I couldn't find the HUD and there was only millenia's hud icons. Same things with guns,barely any files. Any ideas?
