How to change mod order in BG3MM?

Not sure if you still need help on this or not, but you needed to export the load order of your choosing to the game after selecting it in order for that specific one to show up instead. -
Same issue. I've been having it for weeks now and I have no idea what the issue is but it's a little annoying.
