I can't download the file to another folder because it automaticly downloads itself to a temp folder and I don't get a choice of where to download to

yes i was. It automaticly downloads into the tempory folder then when i open it its not there

I'm having problems downloading .zip files that are over 2mb from the database. I'm not sure if this is my pc or not but any help would be appricated
