  1. Hi there people. i just want some testers to test and feedback for a simple mod i made for the pipboy light. since i am not an experienced modder, i only know basic use of Creation Kit and FO4Edit and only tweak very simple values in game i would like to see if my mod is working ok and it is safe to release it in the mods section. My mod decreases the time you have to press and hold the "tab" buttton to switch on and off the pipboy light,(which is very convenient for me). So i provide the file to anyone that wants to test it and feedback.
  2. i think this increases both run and walk speed? i only want to increase walking speed!
  3. How can i change the walking speed of my character using Creation Kit? I tried changing the value fMoveCharWalkBAse from 100(default) to 125 but the walking speed remains the same which is a bit slow for me Which value/s i have to edit to change the walkspeed?
  4. @kevkiev first of all thanx for taking the time to reply  I already have these lines in my Fallout4.ini [Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal= i tried copy-pasting them to Fallout4Custom.ini but no luck, i deleted all ini files in MyDocuments/Mygames/Fallout4 and strted Fallout 4 launcher again so it would create new ini files. I copied the 2 lines under [Archive] game launches but freezes on loading screen
  5. I upgraded my GPU today from an ASUS GTX 760 2gb to an EVGA GTX 970 4gb. after i installed the card and installed 362.00 nvidia drivers i can't get Fallout 4 to start.it crashes. when i deleted my Reshade files(Reshade folder, dxgi.dll and Reshade.fx) the games starts and works ok. i have checked my .ini files (because i started the Fallout 4 launcher to change the graphics-visual settings) and i have all the needed lines where they should be, bEnableFileSelection=1 to Fallout.prefs.ini and sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\ in Fallout.ini Any idea what i should check or change in order to play again with shaders [sOLVED]
  6. How can i change the walking speed with Fo4Edit? i have used the console command "player.setav speedmult 120" but it makes running too fast. any help or directions appreciated
  7. which value do i have to change in Fo4Edit to change the walk speed?
  8. You don't need to. It is autosalvaged when you need it you mean that they when they are stored in the workshop, they are auto scrapped into raw materials when i am constructing something and are used in any new construction/build??? haven't notice this...i stilll have played for 20 hours yet
  9. a mod that has the option to scrap all the junk you have stored in the workshop into simple materials for crafting
  10. @akimikage i am aware of the command "player.setav sppedmult", but this cahenges also the running speed so if i apply this value to 130 or 140 for a faster walking pace, running is tooooo fast
  11. Hey didn't read all 29 pages of comment.... but a simple mod that changes walking speed...is way too slow, and maybe an alternate key feature for sprint, not to be toggled but keep pressing continuously as long as you want to sprint and releasing it to stop sprinting
  12. Well, thats the point! I just want to have smoothness and about 45 fps... so i guess HIGH settings will be ok for me. Enjoy the game...
  13. Modify walking speed is there a parameter in .ini files that i can add or change?
  14. Thanks for the answer mate i have a 4770k and 8gb RAM i hope i can run it with some presets of visuals to high...!!!
  15. I just want to ask the community how the game performance is with a 2gb GPU and what settings are you playing. i have not purchased the game yet. i want to play it with the mods to come day by day, eye candy and staff... i have a GTX 760 and i am thinking of upgrading to a 970 if necessary.... i request from 2gb GPU owners to share their experience in order to decide if i have to upgrade first or if i can play the game in medium-high settings with the 760
