i have the master, but ill make sure i dont need some other mod first

sorry, i just got the game of the year edition at best buy a few days ago so i assume it would be fully up to date and i only have one other mod that really shouldnt affect it. i have obse and i used omod like i read in a different post and it shows up like i did it right, but when i try to start oblivion it looks like its gonna work, but then it just stops

i did that and now oblivion wont even launch :(

i installed a mod and when its activated oblivion wont launch...it tries, but then it just fails. over and over again. i deactivate it and oblivion works fine. i have to have done something wrong when creating the file, but i dont know what. plz help me
