First of all, sorry, im a newcommer and i dont know well how this modding stuff works yet, but i want really bad to create a mod and i have no idea where to start or what to search for to reach where i want :) The things i would like to know are: 1- Can i create a new "effect"? (when i mean effect, its something like a poison or some passive skill to increase a certain stat, but something totally new that might even need some extra coding to make it work as i please) 2- Is there any way to change NPC's AI to act differently? (like a common peasant act like a draugr) 3- Is there any way to change NPC's appearance (like the werewolf transformation itself, or make a nord look like an orc but keep his' items) if this npc reaches a certain condition? 4- Does the game processes information on NPCs even if you are not within their range? (I mean, if a npc is poisoned for 4h but im in the other side of the world, will he be affected by the poison for 4h even far? will the poison trigger his death if his health reaches 0?) 5- If answer for question 1 is positive, can i create some kind of "aura" (like mage's skills that envolves him with some element and deal constant damage on his melee range) that can poison NPCs? (if positive, can i create a larger aura? larger than melee range) Also, if possible, can any1 point me where i can find info on how to accomplish these tasks i mentioned?
