  1. fo4 already comes with vector motion blur in the engine but it was made so subtle and nearly unnoticeable. (I am not talking about the radial blur you see from chems or when you get shot at) i personally love motion blur because it adds to the emulation of a real camera by simulating shutter speed and object velocity. the game already emulates bloom and hdr, but the motion blur is really what i wish to be enhanced.
  2. id prefer isometric so everything is able to be seen evenly. with just a sky perspective, you wouldnt be able to place objects accurately
  3. more settlers = more polygon draw count = more gpu/cpu stress more ai = more processes = more cpu stress (including jobs, inventory shipping) more items = more gpu/cpu stress (furn, fixtures, junk, props)

"WE'VE GOT 600+ BODYSLIDE PRESETS, PLENTY FOR ALL!" inb4 "turn off adult content" Seriously though, bodyslide presets need to be sorted into a individual category. It's clogging up the Models category. I don't mind horrendously textured 800px vaginas on the front page but its hard to go through decent models on the browser with all the bodyslide PRESETS.
  5. no difference. even with ultra low qual mods, 30-40 fps in cities. i have only my malware core drivers running and besides that, every other application i use often is closed and does not impact my system stress. fallout usually only uses %22 CPU and %22 ram. it all loads from a HDD
  6. What is the specific reason for poor performance in city areas? I've read somewhere 'occlusion culling' is a possible reason. my sys: gtx 970 i5 4430 (aware of "bottleneck") 1600x900 max res (low-ultra settings no differ)
  7. probably. you'd just need the mod mesh(model) file, and the modder's permission. i'm not quite handy with models and environments in fallout (yet) so i couldn't tell you what someone would need to specifically transport the mesh and replacement (if there is any need)
  8. It'd be cool to get all the blood splatter sprites/particles (but not decals), and make them thinner apart from the now overexpressed gallons of blood from bullet hits.
