Had the same issue, uninstall and reinstall fixed it.

This worked for me. I guess that's why the launcher is in beta status, its flaky.

I have rebooted as well. In fact, I turn my computer off each night.

I have exited it several times. I have refreshed it.

Nothing new appears. It does keep saying I need to 'restart' to apply the update. In a never-ending cycle.

I am the admin on my computer, the only user, actually.

 

Clicking the 'about' gives me:

UI: 1.5.6-7-ge0ecd18

The only thing that shows up on the Bethesda.net launcher for me is:

1. Fallout Shelter

2. Elder scrolls legends

3. Creation kit fallout 4.

 

Any ideas on how to get the Skyrim SE Creation kit?

 

I entered the code, says I already have it.

I run the Bethesda launcher, its always updating, which I allow it to do. Its like its not updating. There certainly is no Skyrim tab.

I checked steam, the CK is not there, or in my tools library.

No CK is in my Skyrim SE folder.

Ah, yes, thank you @Lisnpuppy - I had changed my email address on Paypal, and this site still had the old one. I have fixed the email on this site, so hopefully there will not be any more issues.

I am sorry to be a pain. I am pretty sure I can look at it, if I knew how. I remember setting it up myself some time ago, and I just want to verify that its still setup correctly with the correct numbers.

 

This is not about a payment issue.

This is about setting up the paypal information to the Donate button on my account here so the payments go to the correct place.

I was more interested in how to setup the Donate button in the first place. I set it on my Skyrim mod again, by editing the properties. But I cannot figure out how to verify if the information I previously setup for paypal donations is correct?

I am sorry, but I did forum searches and I could not find how this is done (or verified if done several years ago.)

 

I have been getting some reports that donations for my mods are being denied by Paypal. I have called paypal, and they say everything is fine on their end.

 

So I came here, hoping to check on how I have it setup, but I cannot find it anywhere. I also cannot find any documents explaining how to set it up.

 

Could some kind person please link where I can find information on setting up the 'Donate' button for paypal?

 

Also, all my mods 'lost' the Donate button, I am guessing there was a change or something on the site that invalidated them all?

I don't have a problem with automatic login, or downloading files, so my guess here is the cookies are fine. :shrug: Unless a board admin can verify that its cookie related.

But why should it 'reset' if I change it and the setting stick, then log off. During the night it resets without me logging on and changing anything with my 'cookies'?

What is wrong with Notification Options?

 

I go into my notification options settings, change them to remove the 'Email' from all of the check boxes and save the settings.

Exiting, and going back into the options, all the check boxes are removed from the 'Email' column.

 

But sure enough, the next day, they are all reset back to email notifications. I mostly know this because I start getting emails again.

 

I am on-call a lot for work, and I use my phone for this. (I thus have to keep my notifications sound level very high) I also use my phone for my email account. I do not want to be waken up in the middle of the night from an email notification from this site because somebody in Europe sent me a PM. I have been turning the email notifications off for months now, and the site keeps turning them back on.

Is there any solution to this continuing problem I am having with this site? I would prefer not having to turn off PM's altogether.

[First Console Game Machine]

I may be aging myself here, but my first console game machine was an Atari 2600. One of my favorite games was 'Adventure'. And just about all the 'Activision' games! :P

 

I am talking about the 'original' release, not the 'retro remake' of the console. This was state of the art, when the only other game machine was 'Pong'. :huh:
