is there mod to open 2 character inventory at same time?

I completely missed picking up the Necrophage Oil formula from Act 1. Is it possible for a mod to make the merchants in Act 2, onwards sell Necrophage Oil formula or oils themselves?

Thanks guys, yes am now doing Yes Man (independent New Vegas). It seems I have to trek to far away places just to meet with leader of that minor faction.. speak to them a little while then I get option to tell Yes Man to ignore that faction. Also, with Brotherhood, I had a bomb collar so I had to kill the NCR guy. Is this normal?

For Act 2, what is the easiest or quickest route to take? Am just finished Act 1 and read up the multiple routes in Act 2... but I like to finish this game quick.
