The project is up for grabs to anyone, they simply need to contact me and eventually I'll allow a modder to edit and upload to the S.E.R file page, if progress is made on the mod that is. At the moment I encourage any and all modders to try to make a team with others to continue the mod since as far as I know, no one is currently building on it..
