Mods where i can overhaul pcs to make them look better, towns n cities overhauls, weapons n quests n perks, npc overhauls n mods where u can make landscape look better i.e better lookin water etc

Hi, my name is iain and i have learning difeacaultees, i am getting my ps4 soon and would like to start modding skyrim special edition, i know what sort of mods i would like but strugal to find what i want also i have no idea how to download the mods etc so i would like anyone to explane to me in simpall terms on how to do all this. I have joined a few discord rooms to try n find help but have not got anywhere.
