I'm relatively new to the website and have been using the Vortex mod manager for a few weeks for Fallout 4. I can confirm that I am having the exact same issue as well. I have tried to clear my cache, swap browsers, even reinstall said browsers with zero luck. This issue could be a hiccup but thought I'd chime in.
