If no one has the files for the tactical edition, could you please tell me how to change skins with the American Army. I am fairly good with using the geck. I once found this pretty good tutorial for FO3 before but It got to a point when I was not sure what he was doing. Im pretty good with the geck, just not with quest's yet. Im already working on a mod that increases the Mojave. Its not going to be from the outpost because I know theres a lot of mods that extend from there. Nowing how to make quest would be great so I could through a little more into the mod. Thanks again. :)

I have Deadly Reflex mod version 3.2, Its working fine exept I can not see any gore. I read that the default is 10% which is rare. I read that at this setting every 1-20 kills this would happen. I have set it to 100% Still no change. Iv killed like 25 people none at 100%. Is there like a special level you have to be at or sumthin. and what dose it mean in the readme 10 Points required? If theres any other mod for oblivion that has gore ( Torsos ripping in half and decapitation) Please tell me. All I wanted this mod for was gore. Gore dose not get old for me. I have not yet had one still, I just downloaded this pack for the gore. If its realy supposed to be a "rare" chance of it happening, Is there any other good gore mods out there? Thank you very much for your Replies and help.

I just downloaded Deadly reflex mod, oblivion mod manager, and OBSE. When It asked me to hold down a key for block, flip ect It works. I set the gore to 30 (recomended) It did not work, I killed everyone in skingrad. =( I set it to one 100% still no change. please help me! thank you very much!
