I'm not sure, thats whats causing the problem i think. When i disable them it runs fine. where do you get all that DLC?

Hey Everyone, First adventure into mods and I'm having a bit of trouble. I would like to learn how to diagnose and fix the problem, so I don't have to always ask the forum. I did get the modded oblivion to run once, but after that I don't know what I did. My problem is Oblivion won't start, quits after a quick black screen. This happens when i try to launch using the oblivion.exe and the obse_launcher.exe. I decided to ask for help instead of re-installing because I didn't want to mess around with the registry. Here is some information I think is relevant, please tell me if there is anything else you need. I'm running xp 64bit I'm pretty sure I have obse and the latest patch, how can I tell for sure. I know I have OBSE in the oblivion directory, and I launched obse_loader.exe successfully once. I have modmanager, and here's my list of what I have installed so far, this is the order they show up in mod manager: Oblivion.esm Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp P1DmenuEscape.esp DLCHorseArmor - Unofficial Patch.esp DLCOrrery - Unofficial Patch.esp DLCVileLair - Unofficial Patch.esp DLCMehrunesRazor - Unofficial Patch.esp DLCSpellTomes - Unofficial Patch.esp DLCThievesDen - Unofficial Patch.esp DLCThievesDen - Unofficial Patch - SSSB.esp DLCBattlehornCastle - Unofficial Patch.esp DLCFrostcrag - Unofficial Patch.esp Knights - Unofficial Patch.esp I look forward to learning how to fix this issue, and modding oblivion more, thanks in advance for your help. ++ UPDATE ++ I Disabled all the mods except for oblivion.esm (is that even a mod?) and it runs, menu navigation is a little screwy, but at least it loads. still would like to get the mods running though. ++ UPDATE 2 ++ I disabled only the DLC mods, and it runs fine, i guess I don't have that DLC. is that right?
