change the smg ammo instead of using handgun ammo could use one of their own or the rifle ammo

Kinda like the mod End times for skyrim, the relic has a timer that you have to finish the main quest, totally configurable of course

a mod where you can track some ne'er-do-wells, put them in the trunk of your car and bring them to the police for some good eddies, maybe even a bounty board site on the internet so everytime you go to your apartment you check your pc for bounties
