Would there be a way to wear this magnificent armor for pc ?

Hello everyone, I have a small problem that makes the game unplayable... I was calmly playing, no bugs, nothing, and there, after a quick trip I can no longer interact with the NPCs (except the guards), I can always relieve them of their belongings with good grace, molest them too , but no way to talk to them! I no longer see the interactions button to talk to them (in this case E for my part). It's not that I don't want to hit all the NPCs when I play, but then if I empty Skyrim of its population the game risks becoming somewhat boring, so here it is, if anyone has the solution, and for the kindness of providing it to me I will be very grateful.
