Ok, so as everyone must know by now there is an incompatibility with fallout and windows 7. However my system seems to try and ward off all fixes the net has to throw at me. I have tried limiting the cores and I have tried different video settings and nothing seems to make sense. However I want to try and make use of a powerful community and figure this thing out for the good of us all. Anyway onwards. I have tinkered around a bit and found something I do consider very interesting. The lower I turn the graphics, the faster it freezes for me. At low its almost an instant freeze, at ultra it takes minutes, sometimes edging into 30. Secondly, the more intense the moment the more likely the freeze seems. If I am fighting a raider and they are shooting back with an automatic it seems to freeze faster. I tried exploring for a long time and well didn't freeze for a long time. So as far as I know that sounds sorta like a memory problem. If anyone has anything to add to this please feel free, if possible only constructive posts please. Thanks in advance, Wilsonrost
