i have the same problem. i DLed some mods everything works for the most part(sometimes a female dog to find the mod in game but w/e) except new textures dont load in the game its self, they look fine in geck. mods all show up in the data section of the FO launcher everything is in place but the textures dont load right. and the vanilla color is the armor or gun seems to to take the players skin tone to replace it i think but in third person its ussally takes an environment texture. i dont know what to do
