Yes, some of NPC have their body half invisible. Maybe "KZ" clothes mods. I don't have mods that affect NPC or clothing NPC, but maybe some of my mods use some NPC vanilla defaut clothes so yeah, i gonna try some fixes and i will feedback here if you want.

Hi everyone. I can see that lots of players have crash issues on the CK menu in-game, and most of the time people have some tips to fix that, but mines is a bit different : I use Vortex to install ALL my mods, but some of them needs to be activated again in the Creation Menu in-game. So i can click on Creation, i can activated my mods, and just after clicking to close the Creation menu, i have this message (approximately) "The load order has change, the game will reload them to be effective" and my game crash just after this message. Any ideas ? Authors of these mods say that the mod has to be activated in CK, but i just can't do it. I find a tip where you have to delete the Catalog.txt in the %localappdata%/Starfield folder, but it's not fixing it. EDIT : Ok so it seems that the Creation menu is just buggy for me. Even if i click on it, and then immediatly came back to the main menu, the game crash, so it has nothing to do with the load order or whatever... I don't know what to do...
