I would REALLY love to get my hands on a mod for armors from the Metal Gear Solid Series. Most Specifically the sneaking suits from the various games and the Battle Dress armor from MGS: Peace Walker The list would include: -Soviet Sneaking Suit - MGS3 -Fox Sneaking Suit - Portable Ops -Foxhound Sneaking Suit - MGS -MSF Battle Dress Armor - Peace Walker Also would be good if there were male and female versions. My little brother bought New Vegas, the Steam version just like I have, and is having the damnedest time getting it to work. For the first while the thing wouldn't even boot up to the first time activation. Now the best he has gotten towards getting the game even running is the Error 83 message. I have yet to replicate even this. The most I have achieved when trying to get it running myself is to start it up and then get a windows send error report/don't send error report to Microsoft. Another thing to note is that FO3 won't run on his computer either and it is a non steam version. I've noticed that the non-steam FO3 won't run on my other brother's pc either. The three things they have in common are that they are both media center PC's, both run Windows and both have AMD processors coupled with ATI Radeon graphics cards. I can only specutlate that the CPU or the graphics cards have some hand in this, but I'll leave that judgement to those of you experts.

Something that was encountered in Fallout Tactics I believe. There were so many little easter eggs in the earlier FO games. It would basically just be a chrome retex of a brahmin to make it look like it were a liquid metal terminator. When you try to interact with it, it would just say some snippy line similar to what Arnold says in some of his movies like the one in FO Tactics did. ex: "f*** Moo a**hole" It could just be loitering about somewhere or wandering about the wastes as a random thing to encounter. Either way the thing should be set as essential so it won't get killed (who carries a vat of molten steel around with them anyway?) since the T-1000 was impervious to bullets.

Do you use a mod manager program as well with it? If you do do you start up through steam or through the mod manager?

I see in so so many user uploaded images in (mostly in race mods) that people have changed the look/appearance of an NPC to some other race or hair or face, etc... Is there an app or mod for custom changing the looks of individual NPCs other than the GECK where I can change the look of NPCs as I choose?

What if you just make something that has the same effects as the portal gun, but make the whole thing from scratch? You could call it the "Wormhole Gun." Albeit that would be a great endeavor writing out the coding for the physics, but if you made the whole thing yourself and didn't make it look like the portal gun would that be different enough to be legal?

I'm trying to install the official FO3 patch from Bethesda through Windows Live, as I heard was possible, and I can't figure around getting it to do that. The reason I'm trying to do it this way is that each time I've tried (many many times friends) downloading the newest patch from Bethesda either there will be an error in downloading or, if the download is successful, it will install but then the game will crash on startup and I'll have to uninstall and reinstall everything. I've only just installed and signed up for windows live and I don't know how to get the FO3 update through it. All I see are the expansion sets for it.

I downloaded the freshest fallout patch from bethesda a few days ago and since I installed it fallout 3 crashes on startup. I don't have any of the expasions (i.e. Op. Anchorage, The Pitt, etc.) installed, just regular Fallout 3. I don't know how or why something went wrong and I get this error code: The ordinal 5360 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll. Kinda a noob with with this kind of business, would deeply appreciate any help. Thanks.

I've got trouble with the B72 mod glitching out the hunting rifles and combat shotguns. Is there a way to fix this?

I used the console command to warp to the room of all the items. (I wasn't there to get super items just curious) But I did grab the full assortment of house additons, workbench, medlab, ect. When I went back to my Megaton house a massive load of just random items had nearly filled up the entire place. There were even big computer consoles and a motorcycle. I'm guessing that I've pretty much doomed this house, but I'm hoping there is a remedy.

I'd like to know how to take an in game screenshot. Is there some code in the console or do I need a screenshot program for this?

Don't travel East of the Potomac river until you're prepared to fight dozens of super-mutants. They've set up outposts all over that region, especially when you get close to Rivet City.
