Alright so i'm requesting a mod for the next gen update since I think it needs to be done again. If you put a perk point into a skill you don't need to equip it for it to be active, The only reason to equip it would be for the mutagen bonus and a buff to that skill.

You know when the light in that place seems to scan you? Well the noise it makes is very aggressing to my ears and I have to take off my headphones each time I go in this Dwemer ruin and i just wish there was a mod which could replace the sounds to makes to a calmer.

What i really need is a programmer. Here i'm the director, producer and writer in all this so my roles are just as important as any games ever made.

Hey i never said they'll do all the work, you know story and character are also important. It's the same as movies, the actors don't do all the work, a story was written, a set was made, costumes and more.

So hum I have a huge idea to create a companion mod for Morrowind but I never modded in my life and have no experience with it so I was wondering if someone could help me create the mod. I'm almost done writing the starter quest for this argonian companion. I would really love some help for this. More details will be said once I find someone to work with. I would be the one creating the whole story with this companion and need someone to help me put it in the game and do all the scripting for me as i have no idea how it works. This will be a mod for Morrowind of course.
